    Articulating wall mounted 4K HDR SONY television.
    Integrated handheld remote control.
    Sound bar with built in music streaming services.
    Video Streaming via Roku Ultra HDR.
    TV and sound bar will be encased in a custom-built solid hardwood frame designed to conceal all borders and hide the electronics, wiring, and mount.
    Available in a variety of rich wood finishes to match your homes décor.

  • Voice Control Package

    Intuitive voice control with Josh.ai’s Micro device engineered for simple reliable home automation. Using natural language, speak to Josh to control your shades, lighting, thermostat, audio streaming services, and video services. Josh Micro is a puck-sized device with built-in microphones and sensors to enable intelligent automation. Includes Josh’s simple mobile app for iOS and Android devices for control from inside or away from home. Additional Micros available for separate bedrooms.

  • Lighting Control Package

    Lutron’s smart lighting control solution saves energy while enhancing comfort and convenience. Simple on/off and dimming control along with a host of convenient features. Set scenes of lights at various dimming levels to easily adjust the atmosphere (morning, evening, dining, night, etc.)
  • Packages include dimmable control of either 5 or 8 lighting loads, including lamps (if desired).

  • Shading Package

    Lutron motorized roller shades with near silent operation and simple intuitive control. 4 HOA approved fabrics and 2 blackout options.
  • A custom quote will be provided based on your residence's window measurements and selected shade fabric.

  • Accessories

  • With Sony's state-of-the-art OLED technology, you'll experience incredible picture contrast with absolute blacks, bright whites, and lifelike color. Available for 55", 65" or 75" televisions. Select all that apply.
  • Powered speakers can be added to rooms without an AV package to bring sound to more areas of your home. Enter the room names of the desired additional music zones. All rooms with an AV package already contain music. Additional rooms may include kitchen, patio, bathrooms or rooms without an AV package.
